Massage Envy Maple Grove is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet clients, schedule services, and drive membership and retail sales in a fast-paced wellness environment.

You'll promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program, help clients understand benefits, and connect them with services and products that extend the positive impact of their visits. A high school diploma and strong people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and basic math.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Integrity and a customer-first mindset.
• Comfort with computers and basic POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, and maintain a safe, welcoming front desk environment.
• Promote Massage Envy Wellness Program, book future services, and encourage home-care retail purchases.
• Drive member retention through outreach via phone and email.
• Educate clients on benefits of massage, skin care, and stretch, and build relationships to grow memberships and retail.
