Job summary

Massage Envy Reno is seeking a dynamic sales and customer service superstar to help members feel their best. In this role you’ll convert non-members to members, promote services, and connect clients with retail products to extend benefits.

You’ll greet clients, schedule services, answer calls, and maintain a welcoming, confidential, therapeutic environment while upholding Massage Envy's values and driving member retention.

Qualifications

• Sales quotas required daily.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon arrival, schedule services, answer phone calls, address questions and concerns, protect client confidentiality, and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Promote the value of total body care by educating clients on services, selling the Wellness Program, booking future services, and encouraging home-care retail purchases.
• Drive member retention through outreach via phone and email to current members.
• Uphold Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
• Protect workplace culture by supporting team goals and building positive relationships with teammates.
• Weekends required.
