Job summary

Massage Envy Oxnard is hiring for a full-time and part-time position focused on delivering exceptional customer service and guiding guests through Total Body Care offerings. You will promote services, assist with scheduling, and help grow a loyal client base in a friendly wellness environment.

The role involves training, flexible hours, and opportunities to earn bonuses and tips while supporting a vibrant team at our Oxnard clinic.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with ability to multitask.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make guests feel valued and understood.
• Educate clients on new and expanded services and promote the Wellness Program; book future services and encourage homecare retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling, answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
