The Tile Shop in West Allis, WI seeks a motivated sales associate to greet customers professionally and build lasting relationships. You will educate customers on tile products, installation, and usage while driving sales and meeting individual goals.

Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced, commission-based environment and maintain a professional appearance. A strong sense of design and math/computer skills are a plus, with a competitive benefits package available.

Job Description

• Proactively greet customers professionally

• Understand and track established individual sales goals
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates
