Job summary

The Tile Shop, a leading retailer of premium tile and home decor, is hiring a sales associate in our store network across the United States. You will greet customers, build relationships, educate on products, and drive sales to meet goals with a draw plus commission structure.

We seek energetic, customer-focused individuals with strong communication and math skills who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping customers realize design ideas with confidence.

Responsibilities

Job Description

**45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw pluscommission payment structure**
