BODYBAR Pilates - Waxahachie is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to grow our member base and deliver an unbeatable studio experience. This part-time role reports to the Studio Manager and focuses on generating memberships, retail sales, and personal training bookings.

You will engage with members, maintain relationships, and help drive daily results while embodying the BODYBAR vibe. Flexible hours support work/life balance in a fast-growing brand.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email.
• Passionate about fitness.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and grow our community presence.
• Stay organized by keeping member bookings and interactions logged.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.
