BODYBAR Pilates - Franklin is seeking a high-energy sales teammate to grow our member base and create an unbeatable studio experience. You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—all while working with a fun, motivated team in a part‑time role.

Ideal candidates are goal‑oriented, fluent in English, and comfortable selling memberships, retail, and private training. Flexible hours and opportunities for growth are offered in a welcoming fitness community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Fluent English with strong communication in-person, on the phone, and by email.
• Goal-oriented with ability to sell memberships, retail, and private training.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual; fitness-minded.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and sell memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and grow community presence.
• Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions logged.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.

Who We’re Looking For

BODYBAR Pilates is looking for a high-energy, sales person to help grow our member base and create an unbeatable studio experience. You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—all while working alongside a fun, motivated team. This is a part‑time role with flexible hours, reporting to the Studio Manager. This is a great job for students to work after school and/or weekends or for mom's or empty nesters who want to work part time in a fun environment.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Goal-oriented with an ability to sell memberships, retail, and private training sessions
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email
• Comfortable speaking with clients over phone
• Passionate about fitness
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
• Proficient with computers and studio software
• High school diploma or equivalent
