BODYBAR Pilates - Waxahachie is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to help grow our member base and deliver a welcoming studio experience. You will drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life alongside a fun, motivated team.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, opportunities for advancement, and a dynamic work environment where you’ll engage with clients before and after classes while meeting daily goals for memberships and retail sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Fluent English with excellent communication in-person, via phone and email.
• Goal-oriented with ability to generate memberships, retail, and private training sales.

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit your daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales, you're all about results.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow our presence in the community.
• Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions accurately logged.
