Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is a fast-growing boutique fitness brand seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to grow our member base and deliver an unbeatable studio experience.

You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life with a fun, motivated team. This part-time role offers flexible hours and reports to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with ability to generate membership and sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Passionate about fitness and empowering members.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and help grow our presence in the community.
• Stay organized and efficient by keeping member bookings and interactions logged.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone, and email
• Passionate about fitness

• Proficient with computers and studio software
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college preferred
