CamFit is seeking Sales Associates to be the face of the studio in Washington, DC area. You will greet members, guide tours, present membership options, and drive sales while maintaining stellar member experience.

Responsibilities include handling calls, follow-ups, and daily operations, along with teamwork to maintain a high-energy studio environment. Previous fitness or retail sales experience is preferred.

In this key front-of-house role, you’ll be the face of the studio—greeting members, managing sales, and supporting the overall studio experience.

• Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in fitness or wellness environments.
• Familiarity with membership management and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and gym equipment management.
• Experience in supporting or managing multi-location operations.
• MS Office platform and troubleshooting experience
