Job summary

Camarillo Fitness is seeking energetic Sales Associates to be the friendly face at the studio. You’ll greet members, guide tours, and drive memberships, renewals, and retail sales, while delivering an exceptional member experience.

You’ll work with coaches and a busy team to hit sales goals and maintain accurate records using our sales systems, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for health and helping others achieve goals.
• Strong sales skills in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email).
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, weekends, holidays.

In this key front-of-house role, you’ll be the face of the studio—greeting members, managing sales, and supporting the overall studio experience.

• Experience working in fitness or wellness environments.
• Familiarity with membership management and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance and gym equipment management.
• Experience in supporting or managing multi-location operations.
