Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Bank's in-house Sales Associate Training Program.
• Prior customer service experience desirable.
• Sales-oriented professional demeanor essential.
• Excellent communication skills; Spanish or other language a plus.
• Money handling experience preferred.
• Word and Excel proficiency required.
• Knowledge of core banking system is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and confidential.
• Flexible with work schedule as needed.

• Assist customers and handle teller transactions.
• Operate computer; input and process data.
• Receive customer documents over counter/desk.

Essential Functions

• Sitting and standing for extended periods of time.
