Qualifications

• Completion of the Bank's in-house Sales Associate Training Program.
• Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
• Sales-oriented professional demeanor is expected.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; Spanish or another language is a plus.
• Experience handling money is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) required.
• Understanding of core banking systems is a plus.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality are essential.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.

Responsabilités

• Sitting and standing for extended periods as needed.
• Operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and related components.
• Receive customer transaction documents over the teller counter or desk.
• Lift and carry up to twenty pounds as required.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
• Observe, perceive, identify, and translate data.

• Experience in handling money preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel) required.
• Understanding and working knowledge of appropriate core banking system is a plus.
• Detailed oriented.
• Professionalism and confidentiality are essential.
• Flexibility on work schedule as business needs arise.
