Job summary

Shoals Outdoor Sports Inc in Alabama seeks an experienced sales professional to drive all sales activities from lead generation through close, including in-store and outside events. You will develop monthly and yearly sales forecasts, align with the sales and support teams to meet customer expectations, and work to expand our customer base in the market, while maintaining a high work ethic.

• Experience in direct sales and client relationship management.
• Ability to forecast sales and set achievable targets.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute all sales activities from lead generation to close, in-store and at events.
• Develop and implement monthly and yearly sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to meet customer expectations.

Job description

Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close including but not limited to; in store sales and outside events. Develops and implements agreed upon forecast of sales per month and on a yearly forecast commitment. Have a plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in our market area. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer expectations, maintain a high level of work ethic and continually improve.

• Responsible for the sale of powersports vehicles and parts to include but not limited to: boats, ATVs, UTVs, dirtbikes, streetbikes, lawnmowers, trailers

Job Types: Full-time, Salary + Commission

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Hours are subject to Customer needs
