Job summary

Shoals Outdoor Sports in Alabama is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to handle in-store sales and outside events, from lead generation to closing. You will forecast monthly and yearly sales, expand our local customer base, and collaborate with the sales team to meet customer expectations. This is a full-time, salary plus commission role with a strong earning potential and benefits. A valid driver’s license is required and weekend availability may be needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Driver's license required.

Description

Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close including but not limited to; in store sales and outside events. Job Types: Full-time, Salary + Commission

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Tuesday - Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Hours are subject to Customer needs

Two weeks paid vacation - Pro-Rated based on hire date

Sick days - Pro-Rated based on hire date
