Job summary

Shoals Outdoor Sports in Florence, AL is seeking a results-driven full-time sales professional to handle in-store sales and outside events, forecast monthly and yearly sales, and grow our customer base in the local market.

Qualifications

• 1 year sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Schedule includes Tue–Fri and Sat hours as listed.

Responsibilities

• Sell powersports vehicles and parts including boats, ATVs, UTVs, dirtbikes, streetbikes, lawnmowers and trailers.
• Lead generation, prospecting and closing sales; meet monthly and yearly forecasts.
• Coordinate with sales and support teams to meet customer expectations and maintain a high level of work ethic.

Description

Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close including but not limited to; in store sales and outside events. Develops and implements agreed upon forecast of sales per month and on a yearly forecast commitment. Have a plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in our market area. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer expectations, maintain a high level of work ethic and continually improve.

Job Types: Full-time, Salary + Commission

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Tuesday - Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. Hours are subject to Customer needs
