Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Description:

• Logistics: transportation of sets, inventory management (restocking, organizing, returns), FedEx shipping runs
• Sales support: supporting experienced personnel in their sales activities
• Surgery coverage: once clinically proficient, you will be tasked with covering spine surgeries independently
• Trauma call: you will be placed in a rotation to support trauma cases
• Travel: supporting outlier accounts within a 45-90 minute drive from central Tucson
• Note: Medical device sales is a lifestyle. Full commitment, availability, and prioritization are essential. If you cannot commit 100%, please do not apply.
• Important: This job involves sacrifice, a demanding schedule, and operates in a high-stress environment.
• Attention to detail is critical. In spine surgery, mistakes can be life-altering and impact customer relationships and company reputation.

Job Training:

• Most education comes through on-the-job training with experienced, clinically proficient sales professionals.
• As an exclusive distributor for Globus, completion of online and in-person training courses is required. Clinical courses range from 3-4 days to several weeks at Globus headquarters in PA.

• Competitive compensation
• 1099 contract
