Job summary

Massage Envy in Concord is seeking a Sales Associate to warmly greet guests, explain memberships and services, and help guests choose the right options for their wellness journey.

You’ll support clinic flow, schedule appointments, answer calls and emails, handle basic admin tasks, and contribute to a fast-paced, friendly team where sales growth and guest care are valued.

Massage Envy is seeking friendly and sales savvy Sales Associate to join our fast-growing, dynamic team. We have a beautiful welcoming location at Massage Envy The Willows where we are extremely focused on building a positive team environment and a great guest experience. We offer top-of-the-line massage services as well as luxurious, results-driven skin care services.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests - making them feel welcome, introducing them to our services, and helping them choose the membership or treatments that best support their wellness journey.

To Thrive at Massage Envy as a Sales Associate:

• You must be comfortable with sales. You're able to connect with people, establish rapport, and confidently explain our memberships and services
• You will create an outstanding experience for clients with a friendly and helpful attitude
• You will support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• You're motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• You will assist in light cleaning & other administrative tasks including filing, file maintenance, and data entry
