CamarFit is a fitness studio brand supported by Camarillo Fitness Management Holdings LLC. We are seeking energetic Sales Associates to greet members, handle memberships, and support the studio experience at our Milton location.

In this front-of-house role you will drive sales, manage renewals, and help deliver an exceptional member journey while collaborating with coaches and staff in a fast-paced, fitness-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills and experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Flexible to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact—welcoming members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Guide prospects through studio tours and membership options.
• Drive studio growth by achieving sales goals in memberships, renewals, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate records using Orangetheory’s established sales systems.
• Handle inbound calls, follow-ups, and customer care outreach.
• Support daily studio operations and ensure an exceptional member experience.
• Collaborate with coaches and fellow team members to foster a high-energy, team-first environment.

In this key front-of-house role, you’ll be the face of the studio—greeting members, managing sales, and supporting the overall studio experience.
