You will manage memberships, renewals, and retail products; collaborate with coaches to ensure an exceptional member experience and a positive team culture. This role offers a dynamic, customer-focused atmosphere with weekday–weekend availability.

In this key front-of-house role, you'll be the face of the studio- greeting members, managing sales, and supporting the overall studio experience._

• Strong sales skills and previous experience in a goal-driven environment (fitness or retail sales preferred)
• Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable using basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A positive, proactive attitude and a desire to grow within the CamFit community
