Job summary

The Tile Shop in Edison, NJ is seeking a customer-focused salesperson who will proactively greet customers, develop lasting relationships, educate on installation and product use, and track orders to keep clients informed.

This role offers a draw plus commission with first-year earnings projected from $45,000 to $75,000, reflecting performance and store goals. The Tile Shop provides a competitive benefits package including medical, HSA, dental, vision, 401(k) plans and employee discounts.

Job Description

45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw plus commission payment structure
