Job summary

Massage Envy Atticus franchise locations are seeking motivated team members to help clients feel their best. Provide excellent customer service, educate clients on Total Body Care, and drive bookings and product sales in a busy spa setting.

Applicants should be 18+, have a HS diploma (or equivalent), and strong math/computer skills. Prior retail or sales experience is preferred and a friendly, relationship-building approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask.
• Great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests.
• Knowledge of massage and skin care services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood.
• Promote Total Body Care by educating clients on services, selling Wellness Program, booking future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases.
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
• Help grow and retain a client base in-person and through phone/email outreach.
