Massage Envy Atticus franchise locations are seeking team members who deliver exceptional customer service and promote Total Body Care. You will help clients feel valued, educate on services, and book future visits while supporting daily clinic operations.

Role emphasizes sales of the Wellness Program, scheduling, and front-desk duties in a fast-paced environment with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills with ability to multitask and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and make clients feel valued.
• Educate clients on services and Wellness Program; promote homecare retail purchases.
• Schedule services, answer calls and emails, greet clients to support clinic flow.
• Grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach channels.

Qualified Candidates

• Must be 18 years or older
• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
