Job summary

Black Automotive Group in Statesville, NC, is seeking a Sales Associate to greet customers, guide vehicle selections, and conduct demos and test drives. No prior auto sales experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided to help you succeed.

You will maintain showroom presentation, follow up with prospects using phone, email, and CRM tools, and collaborate with the sales team to negotiate pricing and financing options. Strong motivation and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a sales, retail, or customer-facing role preferred — automotive background not required.
• Strong communication skills and a naturally positive, energetic attitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently toward personal goals.
• Comfortable with digital tools including CRM platforms and email follow-up.
• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the showroom floor and lot with a professional, welcoming approach.
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection process, understanding their needs and presenting the right options.
