You will maintain showroom presentation, follow up with prospects using phone, email, and CRM tools, and collaborate with the sales team to negotiate pricing and financing options. Strong motivation and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a sales, retail, or customer-facing role preferred — automotive background not required.
• Strong communication skills and a naturally positive, energetic attitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently toward personal goals.
• Comfortable with digital tools including CRM platforms and email follow-up.
• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the showroom floor and lot with a professional, welcoming approach.
• Guide customers through the vehicle selection process, understanding their needs and presenting the right options.
• Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects via phone, email, and CRM tools.
• Work alongside the sales management team to present and negotiate pricing and financing options.
• Maintain the image of the showroom, sales lot and ensure a presentable environment for customers.
• Achieve monthly sales goals and participate in ongoing product and sales training programs.
