The Tile Shop is a national retailer offering a wide selection of tile and related products. This role focuses on proactive customer engagement, educating shoppers on installation needs, and driving sales in a commission-based environment.

You will build lasting relationships, meet individual goals, and uphold a professional appearance at all times. With a strong emphasis on design sense and customer service, you’ll help customers select materials like porcelain, glass, ceramic, and natural

Job Description

**45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw pluscommission payment structure
