Job summary

Scrubs & Beyond is seeking a Sales Associate to understand customers' needs and guide them to the best products, driving sales while delivering exceptional service. You’ll contribute to a positive store atmosphere and build lasting customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have up to 2 years of retail experience, a track record of meeting sales goals, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Part-time 12–29 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months (previous retail experience preferred).
• Consistently achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Can work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• PT 12-29 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, engaging with customers and modeling selling best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure store safety and appeal.
• Execute opening and closing duties as assigned.

• Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards.
