Job summary

Scrubs & Beyond in Orlando, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to understand customer needs and guide them to the best products. You will deliver personalized service, contributing to a positive, energetic store atmosphere and building lasting relationships with customers.

Your dedication to providing knowledgeable assistance ensures every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return, with flexible part-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant job experience – minimum 6 months (previous retail experience preferred).
• Can work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• PT 12-29 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, actively engaging with customers and modeling selling best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers.
• Execute closing and opening duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate Kindthread Core Values at all times.
• Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards.
