Scrubs & Beyond, the leading U.S. retailer of medical apparel, is hiring a Sales Associate to understand customers' needs and guide them to the best products.

You’ll help deliver an exceptional shopping experience and contribute to a positive, energetic store atmosphere. This part-time role (12–29 hours weekly) focuses on customer service, sales, and store upkeep, including opening/closing duties, on-floor engagement, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant job experience; previous retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Part-time schedule of 12–29 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, actively engaging with customers and modeling selling best practices.
• Keep the sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room clean and organized.

As a Sales Associate at Scrubs & Beyond, your main goal is to understand our customers' needs and guide them to the best products that fulfill those needs. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant job experience - minimum 6 months (previous retail experience preferred)
• Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals
• Can work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• PT 12-29 hours weekly
