Job summary

Pure Barre PNW in the Seattle area is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to drive member engagement at the front desk. You will manage inquiries, present services, and help members achieve their fitness goals with energy and a friendly approach.

The role offers 10–20 hours per week, a base wage of $17.50 per hour plus sales commissions, training opportunities, a free Pure Barre membership during employment, and a collaborative team environment with room to grow.

• Proficient sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing deals.
• Conduct facility tours, establish relationships, and understand individual goals and needs.
• Maintain a satisfactory level of personal sales production.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in special events to promote the studio.
• Develop selling skills and take responsibility for personal growth.
• Process accurate cash and credit card transactions.
• Follow up and follow through with prospective clients and members.
• Perform light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms.
• Input inventory for retail clothing and other items.
• Take pictures for social media platforms.
• Other duties as assigned by Katie or management team

ROLE DETAILS

Location: Pure Barre Mill Creek

Job Type: Part-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Hours: 10-20 hours per week; minimum 2 Sales Associate shifts per week, based on the studio’s need and availability

Schedule: Rotating schedule; weekend morning availability required

Reports To: VP of Sales & Marketing + Operations Manager

• Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Team player capable of collaborative work with colleagues, management, and team members
• Authorization to work in the United States required
