Job summary

Pure Barre PNW in Bellevue, WA is seeking a friendly Part-Time Sales Associate to join our boutique fitness team. You will handle front desk tasks, lead tours, and drive memberships and retail sales with energy and a member-focused approach.

This role offers 10-20 hours per week, rotating weekends, hourly pay of $17.50 plus sales commissions, plus a complimentary Pure Barre Membership during employment and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience in a retail or service setting.
• Ability to generate leads, follow up, and close memberships or services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales across memberships, retail, and services.
• Self-motivated with initiative and reliability.
• Familiarity with ClubReady software or similar POS/CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate with staff and management.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Conduct facility tours and build relationships with members and prospects.
• Maintain a high level of personal sales production.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas.
• Participate in events to promote the studio.
• Develop selling skills and personal growth.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Follow up with prospective clients and members.
• Assist with light cleaning of retail area, studio, and restrooms.
• Input inventory for retail items and take photos for social media.

ROLE DETAILS

Location: Pure Barre Bellevue

Job Type: Part-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt

Hours: 10-20 hours per week; minimum 2 Sales Associate shifts per week, based on the studio’s need and availability

Schedule: Rotating schedule; weekend morning availability required

Reports To: VP of Sales & Marketing + Operations Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing deals

• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
• Participate in special events to promote the studio
• Develop selling skills and take responsibility for personal growth
• Process accurate cash and credit card transactions
• Follow up and follow through with prospective clients and members
• Perform light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms
• Input inventory for retail clothing and other items
• Take pictures for social media platforms
• Other duties as assigned by Katie or management team

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
• Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Team player capable of collaborative work with colleagues, management, and team members
• Authorization to work in the United States required
