Orangetheory Fitness is seeking an enthusiastic sales and relationship-driven teammate in our California studio. You’ll welcome guests, explain the Orangetheory workout, and help new members start their journey in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

This role offers paid training, opportunities for advancement, and the chance to build leadership skills while growing with the studio. Flexible weekend hours with potential to become full-time based on performance.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with every guest and member entering the studio with energy and confidence.
• Lead engaging intros that educate prospects on the Orangetheory workout and results.
• Conduct studio tours and deliver a consultative experience for prospective members.
• Guide first-time guests through their initial experience with coaches for a welcoming workout.
• Drive membership sales by converting leads into committed members.
• Follow up with prospects and past guests via calls, texts, and email to build relationships and close sales.
• Support local marketing and community outreach to generate new leads and partnerships.
• Maintain a professional studio environment reflecting the Orangetheory brand.

What You’ll Do

This is a sales and relationship-driven role focused on introducing new members to the Orangetheory experience and helping our studio grow.

• Connect with every guest and member who enters the studio with energy, confidence, and a passion for fitness
• Lead engaging introductions (“intros”) that educate prospective members on the Orangetheory workout and its results
• Conduct studio tours and deliver a consultative experience that helps prospects understand how Orangetheory fits their goals
