In 2015, we pioneered a “moneyball for biotech” approach, pooling projects and promising early-stage research from academia together under one financial umbrella to reduce risk and unleash innovation. This model allowsscience and small teams of experts to lead the way. We build bridges to groundbreaking advancements in rare disease, and develop life-changing medicines for patients with unmet needs as fast as humanly possible. Together we define white space, push boundaries, and empower people to solve problems. If you're someone who defies convention, join us and work alongside some of the most respected minds in the industry. Together, we’ll ask "why not?" and help reengineer the future of biopharma. At BridgeBio, we value curiosity and experimentation—including the ethical & thoughtful use of AI to improve clarity, speed, and quality of work.

What You’ll Do

The Senior Manager, Sales Operations is a senior member of the Commercial Analytics and Operations team and a strategic partner to BridgeBio commercial leadership. This role owns field analytics and performance measurement, field force operations and solutions (CRM, fleet, credentialing), Incentive Compensation administration and cross-functional coordination with Commercial IT and the field sales team. This individual reports to the Sr Director of Field Analytics and Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end Incentive Compensation (IC) administration: plan communication and documentation, quota and attainment tracking, dispute resolution, payout accuracy, and ongoing compliance with plan terms across the field sales organization
  • Serve as the operational owner for the field organization — independently resolving field issues, managing escalations with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors, and proactively communicating field needs to commercial leadership
  • Optimize field team alignments, roster management, target lists, and sales allocations; lead cross-functional coordination with Commercial IT and Analytics to ensure data accuracy and timely execution
  • Lead all Sales Operations functions including Veeva CRM module administration, PowerBI and reporting dashboard management, fleet reimbursement, field credentialing programs, sponsorships, data warehouse processes, and master data management — driving improvements and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Own the Sales Leadership Team and executive reporting cycle: prepare, validate, and deliver monthly and ad hoc commercial performance reports; monitor subnational performance and proactively surface emerging trends and strategic insights to sales leadership
  • Independently manage relationships with Commercial IT, Commercial Analytics, Finance/AP, and external vendors; lead CRM, MDM, data stewardship, and ISP data process improvements; represent the function as the primary operational point of contact in cross-functional forums
  • Lead ad hoc reporting and analysis requests for commercial stakeholders; synthesize data into actionable insights that support field leadership decision-making
Where You'll Work

This is a hybrid role requiring in-office collaboration 2–3x per week across our San Francisco and Palo Alto offices.

Who You Are
  • 5+ years of progressive sales operations experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a demonstrated track record of independent ownership of operational functions
  • Demonstrated ability to independently identify operational needs and opportunities, lead the design and implementation of improvements, and drive outcomes within your area of responsibility
  • Senior-level operations experience with full accountability for functional outcomes: field force operations, commercial fund management, CRM administration, data stewardship, and SLT reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Veeva CRM, PowerBI or comparable BI platforms, and commercial operational processes preferred
  • Direct experience as a senior operational partner to pharmaceutical field sales leadership, including executive-level stakeholder communication and commercial leadership facing reporting
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, lean, startup-stage commercial environment where roles carry broad accountability and independent judgment is essential
  • Demonstrated ability to drive alignment and manage relationships across Commercial IT, Finance, Analytics, and field organizations; able to communicate effectively and credibly at all levels including senior leadership
