Job summary

White House | Black Market, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to warmly welcome customers and deliver personalized service in a busy La Cantera store. You will learn product knowledge, engage customers, and help maintain a visually appealing environment while supporting team goals.

Role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; you may assist with merchandising and inventory. 50 lb lift capacity and standing in a retail setting are expected.

Qualifications

• Availability for flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old for TX.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver on the sales floor.

About The Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. You'll be part of a team fostering genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.

• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
