Job Details: Job Location: Russellville, AR 72802, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 Commission, Job Category: Sales, We are looking for a top-notch, motivated sales associate. Hank’s is one of the largest independent furniture chains in the south and is a family owned company that has enjoyed 52 years of success. Our store locations span 3 states - Arkansas, Alabama, and Florida - totaling 16 locations.

With our average sales person commissions exceeding $65,000 per year, Hank’s is an excellent place for you to achieve maximum earning potential. Our staff provides our sales associates with top-notch training and helps ensure that a sales person with a lot of drive and a good work ethic will be successful in our organization. Hank’s promotes our store management exclusively from the sales floor and our store managers can earn upwards of 150k+ a year.

A great attitude, the ability to be a team player and working on Saturdays are all non-negotiable requirements for our sales people.
