Job summary

BODY20 Roswell is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding guest experience, manage daily studio operations, and drive memberships. You will engage with members and guests, respond to inquiries, and ensure a welcoming environment that fosters retention and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, five-star experience for every member and guest.
• Manage daily studio operations including opening/closing, check-ins, scheduling, and keeping the studio clean.
• Respond to calls, texts, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly.
• Build relationships with members and encourage attendance and engagement.
• Support new member onboarding and ensure members feel welcomed and motivated.
• Identify sales opportunities and introduce BODY20 memberships and products.

As a BODY20 Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis! Key Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, energetic, and five-star experience for every member and guest.
• Manage daily studio operations, including opening/closing, check-ins, scheduling, and maintaining a clean and organized studio.
• Respond to calls, texts, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Build strong relationships with members and proactively encourage consistent attendance and engagement.
• Support new member onboarding and ensure every member feels welcomed, supported, and motivated.
• Identify sales opportunities and confidently introduce BODY20 memberships, services, and products based on each guest’s needs.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to help convert demos into memberships.
• Support monthly goals for demos, memberships, sales, and member retention.
• Maintain accurate member information, notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Support local events, community outreach, marketing campaigns, and studio promotions to generate new leads.
• Monitor studio supplies and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Work closely with coaches and management to deliver a consistent and exceptional member experience.
• Be a positive, team-oriented contributor who helps drive studio growth and creates a fun, motivating environment.

Requirements

• Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients
