Job summary

Soma seeks a Sales Associate to welcome customers in a customer-centered store environment. You will share product knowledge, build authentic connections, and provide personalized service across in-store and online channels.

Responsibilities include merchandising, inventory replenishment, maintaining brand standards, and contributing to store performance. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required; 16+ in some states, 18+ elsewhere.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
