Job summary

BODY20 is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first contact for prospective members and a key part of the member experience. You will guide prospects through our EMS technology and help them select the best membership options to reach their goals.

Responsibilities include tours, booking sessions, and driving sales while delivering high-energy customer service. You'll contribute to studio operations and community events as BODY20 grows.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
• Prior sales experience preferred (fitness, retail, or hospitality a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Enthusiasm for fitness and willingness to learn about EMS technology.

• Conduct studio tours and introduce prospects to the BODY20 experience
• Book and confirm sessions for leads and walk-ins
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high energy in the studio
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion goals
• Build strong relationships with members to encourage referrals and retention
• Maintain studio cleanliness and assist with day-to-day operations
• Participate in community outreach and local marketing events
