BODY20 Lake Oswego is looking for a passionate Sales Associate. You will be the first point of contact for new members, guiding them through the unique EMS training experience and helping them select the best membership options.

As part of a high-energy team, you’ll connect with potential members, provide studio tours, and ensure a warm and inviting atmosphere. Candidate must be self-motivated with strong communication skills, prior sales experience is preferred, along with a flexible schedule.

• Book and confirm sessions for leads and walk-ins.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high energy.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and conversion goals.
• Build strong relationships with members to encourage referrals and retention.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and assist with operations.
• Participate in community outreach and local marketing events.

About The Role

As a Sales Associate at BODY20, you’re the first point of contact for new leads and a key part of our member experience. You’ll guide prospective members through our unique technology, educate them on the benefits of EMS training, and help them select the best membership option for their goals. Your energy, confidence, and passion for fitness will help members start their BODY20 journey strong.
