Job summary

Chico's in Rochester, MN is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and provide personalized service anchored in hospitality and fashion knowledge.

You’ll build connections, share product details, and create a seamless omnichannel experience while supporting store goals and maintaining an engaging, well-organized selling floor.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays is required, with opportunities for development and merchandise experience.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
