Job summary

Chico's in Boardman, OH is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to welcome customers and provide personalized shopping experiences. You will share product knowledge, support an omnichannel environment, and help maintain a visually appealing store that reflects our brand.

You'll collaborate with teammates, assist with merchandising and stock, and help drive store performance by meeting personal goals while delivering hospitality, flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old in certain states; 18+ otherwise.
• Availability for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
