Job summary

Chico’s is looking for a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face in a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality and personalized service.

You’ll share product knowledge, build authentic connections with customers, and support merchandising and stockroom tasks to keep the store visually inspiring.

This role requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and a team-player attitude committed to delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old in select states; at least 18 in all other states.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
