Job summary

Chico’s Albany store is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a customer-centered shopping experience and to build genuine connections with guests. You will share product knowledge, provide personalized service, and support merchandising and inventory tasks in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.

The role offers part-time hours with evenings, weekends, and holidays required. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential to thrive in this team-oriented setting.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
