Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment in Store 3147-Bellevue Square-WHBM-Bellevue, WA. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service to drive loyalty and sales.

The role requires strong communication, a team-player mindset, and the ability to learn new processes and tools. Part-time schedule with responsibilities in merchandising, inventory, and store upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (16 in certain states listed) or compliant per state law.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build genuine connections.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.

• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
