Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Sales Associate for Store 3528-Spotsylvania Town Center-WHBM-Fredricksburg, VA. You will welcome customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service in a hospitality-driven environment.

The role emphasizes authentic conversations, omnichannel experience, and loyalty program education while supporting merchandising and store upkeep. Part-time hours with weekend and holiday shifts. Must be at least 18 in most states.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication.

• Must be 16+ in VA and other listed states; 18+ in all other states.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
