Position Summary

As aSales Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting store leadership and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You’ll help implement operational processes, drive customer engagement strategies, and support day-to-day store operations to meet sales, profit, and customer service objectives.

This position also contributes to store merchandising, inventory control, and compliance with company policies, helping Busy Beaver achieve its goals for sales performance, shrink, and controllable budgets.

What You’ll Do
