Job summary

Kids for the Future in Ellwood City, PA is seeking a Sales Associate to support store leadership and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will help implement operational processes and assist day-to-day store operations to meet sales, profit, and customer service goals.

Responsibilities include merchandising, inventory control, plan-o-grams, maintaining a clean, stocked sales floor, and cross-merchandising add-ons.

Position Summary

As aSales Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting store leadership and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This position also contributes to store merchandising, inventory control, and compliance with company policies, helping Busy Beaver achieve its goals for sales performance, shrink, and controllable budgets.
