Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Associate to be the welcoming face in a customer-centered environment. You will deliver personalized service, share product knowledge, and build genuine connections with shoppers, helping them find the right fits and feeling valued throughout their visit.

You’ll also support merchandising and inventory, learn tools to create a seamless omnichannel experience, promote our loyalty programs, and contribute to a positive, collaborative store culture at Soma in Peoria.

• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
