Job summary

Soma in South Barrington, IL is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome customers and provide personalized service, sharing product knowledge and building connections in a customer-centered environment.

You'll help with merchandising, inventory, and store upkeep, support leadership, and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and a willingness to learn new processes while upholding brand standards.

About The Role

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
