Job summary

Soma in Allen, TX is hiring a Sales Associate to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and deliver personalized service in a customer-centered environment. You will help customers find the right fit and contribute to a seamless omnichannel experience.

This role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will work with store leaders on merchandising, stock, and a visually inspiring display that reflects Soma’s brand. Prior retail experience is a plus.

• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA.
• For all other states, must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
